Repairs and Maintenance Framework - 10/05/2010
empa, have instructed Scape, our managing agent, to develop a Repairs and Maintenance Framework to operate in our region.   This programmed delivery of works is directed at present towards a repairs and maintenance framework for works valued at
  • 24 hour Emergency Callout (starting value from £1 to £25,000) 
  • Responsive Maintenance (starting value from £1 to £25,000) 
  • Planned, Cyclical Maintenance (aggregated budgets of up to £350,000) 
  • Servicing (aggregated budgets of up to £350,000) 
  • Minor Works up to £10,000. 
  • Options for individual clients may also include Fully and Partially Managed Solutions; and Call Centre Services. 

The East Midlands Region will be split for procurement and operational arrangements into 6 sub-regions and accordingly there will be 6 lots you can bid for.   The procurement exercise will be conducted using the competitive dialogue procedure.  

Closing date for the return of PQQs was 12 noon, 28 May 2010 - the expressions of interest stage is now CLOSED. 

The dialogue and tender processes are now underway and the successful tenderers are expected to be announced in December 2010.
