Scape deliver even more savings to the public sector in the East Midlands - 28/12/2011

On behalf of the East Midlands Property Alliance (empa), Scape is pleased to make the following announcement.

empa has been working over the last three years with the majority of Local Authorities and many of the other public bodies in the East Midlands to deliver construction services in a much more efficient and effective way.  As the number of projects that have utilised empa Frameworks approaches 500, we are pleased to announce a reduction in the management levy charged for the use of the Minor Works Framework for all new projects registered from 01 January 2012.  By driving efficiencies and promoting best practice, it has been the long term aim of empa to reduce the levy to help the public sector manage its costs. …. To coin a phrase, “every little helps”.

Please contact the Scape Procure team for details of the new management levy.
