East Midlands Centre for the Built Environment - brings together the contractors and client side to provide training and meeting facilities. The Centre will host a training academy to provide accredited courses which is a crucial element of generating improvements.
East Midlands Development Agency - Retains an oversight of the development of the indigenous construction industry supporting training and innovation initiatives and therefore is fully supportive of the empa initiative
East Midlands Efficiency and Improvement Partnership - Facilitated the foundation of empa by administering the Steering Group, providing year one funding, encouragement and support.
